A Symbol of a New Step Toward the Next 100 Years

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Citizen's first pocket watch and to look ahead to a better future of timepieces for the next 100 years, we will be releasing the "CITIZEN" brand 100th anniversary pocket watch on Thursday, October 24, 2024, as a symbol of this new step.

If you would like to purchase, please apply at both the Citizen Flagship Stores in Tokyo and Osaka, where a lottery will be held after the application period ends. Please understand that applications via phone or email are not accepted in advance.

Additionally, as soon as the application period begins, there will be an early exhibition at both stores, so we encourage you to visit.

Application Details

1. Please fill out the necessary information on the application form and submit it at the store by the end of business on October 14, 2024 (Mon). The application forms are available at the store, so please ask the staff. Store hours can be confirmed from "Frequently Asked Questions".
2. If the number of applicants exceeds the planned count, a strict lottery will be held at the Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. headquarters.
   In the case of a lottery, only the winners will be contacted by phone sequentially after 3 PM on October 15, 2024 (Tue).
3. Only those who receive a phone call from us will be able to purchase this product at the store after the release date. (If the delivery date is different from the release date, we will inform you during the winning phone call.)
4. The winning shall be invalidated in the following cases: 

   ・If you do not receive a winning notification phone call by October 20, 2024 (Sun)

   ・If you do not purchase at the store by November 10, 2024 (Sun)
(Exempt for winners who have different delivery dates from the release date)

   ・If the sale of the winning rights on resale sites is confirmed.
5. If cancellations occur, we will call the winners after October 21, 2024 (Mon). We kindly ask you to call us back. If we do not receive your call back by the end of business at each store the day after the notification date, the winning will be invalidated.

Notes

• Applications are limited to those residing in Japan. Please be sure to provide a contactable phone number.
  Applications are limited to "one time per person." Multiple applications are not allowed.
• If there are any deficiencies in the application or any fraudulent actions regarding the application, the winning will be invalidated.
• The rights to win cannot be "resold," "cashed out," "transferred," or "subject to change of applicable person."
• Only the applicant can make the purchase. We may ask for identification for verification.
• The serial number associated with the pocket watch cannot be chosen.
• Delivery dates may be delayed from the release date due to production conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
• This product will be sold in-person only, and the purchase is based on the exchange of winning tickets at the store. We do not handle bank transfers or shipping.
• Only winners will be contacted by phone. Please refrain from inquiries about the winning status via phone or email.
• We cannot accept questions about the lottery results or the lottery details.

Regarding Personal Information
The personal information you provide on the purchase application form will be used by Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. solely for the purpose of the lottery, contacting applicants, and verifying identity upon visit, and will be properly deleted after achieving the purpose.
