- The ticket giveaway at the Citizen Flagship Store in Tokyo is for the Tokyo venue. The giveaway at the Citizen Flagship Store in Osaka is for the Osaka venue.

- The rights to the prize cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate exchanges, refunds, or cash equivalents, so please understand.

- Entry with resold tickets is not allowed.
- Seat selection is not available.
- Transportation fees and accommodation costs to the performance venue and other expenses are not included in the prize. Please be aware that these additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
- This campaign may be canceled or have its content changed due to unavoidable circumstances, so please understand in advance.
- If the performance is canceled or postponed, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds for entry tickets. We also cannot provide reimbursement for transportation or accommodation costs.
