Do you accept products purchased at other stores?

If it is a CITIZEN watch product, we accept repairs regardless of which store you purchased it from. Please bring the warranty certificate from the store where you made the purchase. If it is within the warranty period, we will provide repairs at no charge. However, please note that repairs will be charged in the following cases:

  • If you do not have the warranty certificate
  • If it is outside the warranty period
  • If the retailer name and purchase date are not filled in

* If you made an online purchase and there is no warranty certificate, please also bring proof of purchase, such as a receipt or delivery note.

We do not accept any after-service other than the manufacturer warranty set by the store, so please consult the store where you purchased. Scratches or dirt on the exterior are not covered by the warranty.
