This service involves taking your watch to the store for approximately 1 to 2 hours, where a dedicated watch repair technician will diagnose and maintain your timepiece.
We will assess the condition of the watch, replace worn parts (primary battery, rubber packing), demagnetize parts, and perform cleaning.
The cost ranges from 3,300 to 5,500 yen (including tax)*1. The maintenance contents are as follows:
Battery Replacement*2
If the battery level is low, we will replace it with a new one.
Rate Measurement & Inspection
We will check for any issues with the watch's accuracy.
Demagnetization
If there is residual magnetism inside the watch that may affect its accuracy, we will remove it.
Radio Signal Reception Test*3
We will confirm whether the watch can correctly receive radio signals.
Packing Replacement
If the waterproof packing, which deteriorates over time, is worn out, we will replace it with a new one.
Waterproof Test
We will check for any issues with the waterproof performance.
Cleaning
We will thoroughly clean the dirt in the gaps of the band using an ultrasonic cleaner.
Watch Diagnosis Card
We will diagnose for any abnormalities and convey the results using a watch diagnosis card. Additionally, you can consult us about operation methods and maintenance tips.
*1. For The CITIZEN, CAMPANOLA, and diver's watches, we will provide an estimate separately as they will be handled via deposit.
*2. Battery replacement only applies to primary batteries, excluding Eco-Drive (solar-powered watches). Moreover, we cannot perform battery replacements on site for watches with a water resistance greater than 200m, including diver's watches. They will be handled via deposit.
*3. The radio signal reception test applies to radio-controlled watches that synchronize their time using radio signals.
