What is Maintenance Service?


A

This service involves taking your wristwatch in-store for about 1 to 2 hours, where a dedicated watch repair technician will diagnose and maintain your wristwatch.
We will assess the condition of the watch and carry out any necessary maintenance and cleaning.
For costs, please inquire at the store.*1 The contents are as follows:

Battery Replacement*2
If the battery level is low, we will replace it with a new one.

Timing Measurement and Inspection
We will check if there are any issues with the accuracy of the watch.

Radio Wave Reception Test*3
We will confirm whether the watch is receiving radio waves correctly.

Water Resistance Test
We will check if there are any issues with the water resistance performance.

Cleaning
Using an ultrasonic cleaner, we will thoroughly clean the dirt in the gaps of the band.

Watch Diagnosis Card
We will diagnose for any abnormalities and communicate the results on the watch diagnosis card.
You can also consult with us about operation methods and maintenance methods.

*1. For The CITIZEN, CAMPANOLA, and diver's watches, we will handle them as a deposit and provide a separate estimate.

*2. Battery replacement is applicable only to primary batteries other than Eco-Drive (light-powered watch). Additionally, for watches with a water resistance of 200m or more, we cannot perform battery replacement on the spot. They will need to be handled as a deposit.

*3. The radio wave reception test is applicable to radio-controlled watches that adjust the time using radio waves.
