We take utmost care with our products; however, in the unlikely event that there is a defect, we will accommodate returns or exchanges at our store.
If you wish to return or exchange, please check the following conditions and procedures.
- Returns and exchanges can only be accepted for unused products. Please call our store or visit directly within 14 days of purchase to inform us of your intention to return or exchange.
- At the store, we will confirm that the product, accessories, and receipt are all intact. Providing the product name, purchase date, your name, contact information, and reason for return or exchange will enable a smoother process.
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted in cases of defects or obvious quality issues. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
If the exchanged product is out of stock, we will suggest a refund or exchange for another product.
